As Medicare communications lead at Kaiser Permanente, I developed and implemented national communications for internal and external audiences that highlighted the organization’s leadership role and medical excellence in Medicare care delivery. Tactics included infographics, as well as articles on Kaiser Permanente’s stellar Medicare star ratings and special enrollment periods.
