Kaiser Permanente serves 12.3 million members across eight states and the District of Columbia. In my role, I developed a wide variety of communications, across several large program areas, designed to grow brand awareness, expand the organization’s thought leadership role, and highlight the quality of care and service for members, patients and communities. These included communication strategies, toolkits, articles, executive communication materials, messaging frameworks, press releases, social media, websites, videos and more, for both internal and external channels.
